REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may place a refund request to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUNDS

All refunds must be requested within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

REFUND PROCESS

To refund request, please email customer service at worldsocks5@gmail.com. Please note, you will be responsible for all refund charges.

REFUNDS

After receiving your refund request and inspecting the condition of your virtual products, we will process your refund for store credit only. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your virtual product to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

  •        A 40% restocking fee will be charged for all refunds.
